Are there corporate office locations where there is a different expectation on time spent in the office?
Our corporate office in Melville, NY is available for employees to work from as frequently or infrequently as they choose. We offer company-sponsored on-site events on a regular basis, which we encourage team members to attend to build relationships within and across departments. Our office/corporate and customer service teams are fully remote, with the on-site events being the only exception.
Are there functions or roles where there is a different expectation on time spent in the office?
Out fulfillment/warehouse locations are fully in-person due to the nature of the work.
Do you make exceptions to allow full-time remote work?
If you don't live near a corporate office you can be full-time remote. Other.
