Henrik Jarleskog is the Head of Future of Work & former Continental European Head of Strategy & right hand to the CEO in the 18th largest employer worldwide in family-controlled French stock listed Sodexo.
His region covers +20 billion SEK in Revenues, spans over 16 countries & employs over 50,000 employees. Sodexo serves globally around 100 million people daily. Henrik is instrumental in shaping the Future of Food & the Future of Work and has become one of Dagens Industris & the magazine Chefs poster names within modern leadership.
In addition to his corporate role, he co-founded the start-up accelerator Sparx. Over the past decade he has had Swedish industrialist Tore Bertilsson, current IKEA board member and former CFO of SKF, as his mentor. Appeared in World Economic Forum, The Guardian, Forbes Magazine and Wall Street Journal and numerous Pod-cast appeareances on Spotify and Youtube.
